discipleship has its advantages

Hello CCA

WEDNESDAY NIGHT ALIVE (WNA).

The memory verse for last week’s discipleship study was James 1.2-4 and here it is.

Consider it all joy, my brethren, when you encounter various trials, knowing that the testing of your faith produces endurance. And let endurance have its perfect result, so that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing.” James 1:2-4 NASB

Did you get a chance to use that verse this week? A week seldom goes by when we don’t need to wonder about the “reason” we encounter trials. Can trials cause us joy? Do you look forward to the results of trials? Steadfast confidence and joy in Christ makes one impervious to spiritual attack.

Tomorrow is lesson number seven: life with the holy spirit; spiritual gifts. The memory verses are Galatians chapter 5 verses 22 and 23. Read those ahead of time. Join the class discussion … laugh and learn with Christian friends.

See you Wednesday at 6 for dinner and 7 for Discipleship discussion.
