The first message was START WITH PRAISE.
Praise is 2 sided:
first, thanking God for WHO HE IS,
secondly, thanking God for WHAT HE HAS DONE AND WHAT HE WILL DO.
They are different but they combine nicely like the ingredients in a cake.
Put Praise into your morning routine.
The second message had 2 points:
Thanksgiving puts God where he needs to be.
Thanksgiving puts you where you need to be.
Do you remember I said Your healthiest workout is in a chair. Praise and thanksgiving in the morning is healing to your mind and body.
I have been finding this useful in praising God for who he is. Use them and your understanding of the majesty of God will advance.

Thanksgiving is Therapeutic #3, spoiler alert. Read this and ponder its value in your life, in preparing for Sunday.
6Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. 7Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.
