Hello Church
“Follow me” is a life-long learning curve. That is Jesus’ offer. (John 10.27 ‘My sheep hear my voice and they follow me.’) It’s a remake of everything we know. Everything in the New Testament shouts ‘NEW’. Wednesday nights we are learning some Discipleship ideals and learning how to communicate to people who need NEW. Scary but oh so worth our best efforts ?
Here is the memory verse for tomorrow night: “Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”” Matthew 28:19-20 NASB
Can you think of anything bigger to devote your life than being part of that day when Jesus returns and the entire world will see first hand who we have been talking about. Jesus wants us to become skilled communicators of who He is and what He has done on our behalf so people can live with him NOW.
Hope you will schedule Wednesday’s into your success plan. 6 pm for dinner with The Family and 7 pm Adult study.
