your 2020 Spending Plan

your 2020 Spending Plan

Hello CCA.

October is our month to think about our resources.

The magnitude of our Stewardship ability and responsibility has impressed me these first 2 weeks into our study.

God designed us to improve our surroundings. God placed stewardship in our original DNA.

“Care for my creation” Genesis 1.26

Added further, I have brought to your attention our Masterpiece design from God so we can make Masterpieces of people and environments around us. See Ephesians 2.10.

Further still:  (“Of what importance is the human race, that you should notice them? Of what importance is mankind, that you should pay attention to them,” Psalms 8:4)

“and make them a little less than the heavenly beings? You grant mankind honor and majesty; you appoint them to rule over your creation; you have placed everything under their authority,”

Psalms 8:5-6 NET

Last week we focused on setting up your GENEROSITY PLAN. Finish your initial start. This will remain in your subconscious and inspire you to improve your plan in the coming weeks.

A quick reminder: Generosity demonstrates understanding of stewardship. We were created to manage the entire earth; Co-creators of a sort.

This week is YOUR SAVING PLAN. Get a head start. Set up your targets for the next 15 months.

You SAVE so you have reserves and surplus in order to meet needs of stewardship that daily cross your path. It might be a personal emergency that crosses your path, or another person’s. It may be you’re saving for upcoming expenses such as tires or a newer car or Christmas.

Begin your saving list to build it into your 2020 plan. Starter ideas: $1000 Emergency fund. Setting up a Savings account in your Bank. Paying off 2 debts (and not replacing them). Home Improvements. Retirement funding. College-for you or your children.

Build your Stewardship dreams that include Generosity and Saving Plans.

Expect a blessed day. Expect to bless someone else’s day.

PS – thank God that Japan’s typhoon missed Kilson’s but that they might bring help and comfort to many who suffered loss of life and property.
